A return must be placed within 15 days of the date you received your order. The purchase must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are received outside of these conditions.

To process a return, please contact us at returns@euabrand.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-approved by emailing us before sending any products back to us.

If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@euabrand.com with a description and image of the damage, and we will get back to you right away.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please contact our customer service team via returns@euabrand.com or our contact us page, so that they can work to get you your correct product as soon as possible.

We do offer exchanges on general products. However, we do not offer exchanges on personalized brand purchases.

Once we have received your returned package and inspected the products, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.

Your order will be delivered through USPS or FEDEX. Delivery time will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping varies depending on location and courier and will be calculated at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently only ship anywhere to the United States and APO/AE addresses.

E.U.A Brand is not responsible for any duties, fees, or local taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order. All local fees incurred during shipping or after, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Products are subject to tax according to the laws of the destination. Sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
