returns & exchanges
At Educate Unite Achieve (E.U.A) Brand, we understand that things may not always go as planned, and sometimes customers are unhappy with their purchase. In saying this, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue you a refund.
A return must be placed within 15 days of the date you received your order.
To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us.
Please note: Products must be returned to us unused and in its original condition with the original packaging with all contents included. After 30 days, the Return Authorization will expire, and no replacements or refunds will be given. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense. Please understand that E.U.A Brand reserves the right to refuse any returns that are received outside of these conditions.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the products, you will be contacted via email. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method of payment. Note that we only offer a store credit on personalized brand products returns. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
The cost involved in returning an item to E.U.A Brand will not be covered or reimbursed by us. You are responsible for the shipping cost involved in returning a product. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details as we will not be held accountable for any lost returns.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by-products that are damaged in transit. We suggest packing each product carefully to help protect from in-transit damage.
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL; NO EXCHANGES OR CREDITS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange it for another, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we do not offer exchanges on personalized brand purchases. Exchanges will be offered a store credit which can be used to repurchase a product.
If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date at email@example.com. With a description and image of the damage. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer an exchange (if the item is in stock) or a refund on your original method of payment. We will cover the cost involved in returning a damaged product to us.
